Are you a caregiver trying to balance the stresses of life while providing for someone you love? Maybe you are a parent to a child going through difficult behaviors, feelings, or health concerns. Or maybe you are recently caring for your own parents or spouse and you are trying to figure out how to navigate this. Life is full of challenges, changes, and transitions and It can be hard to find our way through it. Sometimes we can feel alone in our struggle and it can be overwhelming to know where to start in this process. I believe one of the most important factors in overcoming our struggles is connection and support. I want to offer my support and walk through this journey with you. I believe you are the expert in your own story. I am simply here to help you navigate through that story one step at a time. I want you to know that you are not alone and seeking therapy is the first step of many on your journey towards healing. I work with children as well as adults. Over the last 10 years, I have experience in addiction counseling as well as elementary school based counseling. I also have worked with parents in navigating the importance of their own healing process as well as their relationship with their children.
